    Project includes four multifamily buildings over two phases totalling 365 units in a transit-oriented location in NE Calgary.  First phase of 225 units is moving forward with design and entitlement approvals.

    This study looked at sensitively maximizing density within an existing community in a transit-oriented zone.  Project maximized site by creating two buildings, stepping down towards established neighbourhoods.  Outcomes were maximized by orienting parking under building footprints, centralizing amenity space, and sensitively maximizing FAR within a mid-rise context.

    On a team that managed one of Calgary’s largest projects, a 7-tower, 1200-unit + 400-key hotel. Master site plan, land use, development permit & Phs. 1 building permit granted 2017.

    Central is an innovative mixed-use project in Southeast False Creek which includes 312 condominium units, 100,000sf of office space plus retail.  Project was designed to LEED standards and connected to a neighbourhood energy utility, and was completed in 2014.

    515 was a comprehensive, whole-block redevelopment including office, residential, hotel and ground-level retail.  Project included complex phased development plan with multilevel parkade and density bonusing up to 17 FAR.

    Managed 120-unit condominium project through construction, was completed months ahead of schedule and above target IRR projections, completed 2013.

    The Edgewater included 134 2- and 3-storey townhomes along 1000ft of waterfront in Sechelt, BC.  Project included complex approvals from municipal, provincial, and federal governments and significant infrastructure coordination during approvals.  Completed 2015.
